Olive Oil Celery

How to make:
Peel the celery. If there are leaves and stalks, remove them during peeling. Cut the peeled celery into cubes and put them in lemon water to prevent darkening.
Peel your carrots and cut them into half moons.
If there are stems and leaves that you have separated from your celery, wash them thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.
Heat half of the Niz Olive Cold Pressed Olive Oil in your pot and when the oil is hot, cook your carrots for 2-3 minutes. Add your celery and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Then add the celery leaves.
Then add your lemon and orange juice.
Finally, add your sugar and salt.
When your dish starts to boil, wait for the celery to soften over medium heat.
When the celery is soft, add the reserved Niz Olive Cold Pressed Olive Oil and continue cooking your meal by closing the lid of your pot.
When your dish is cooked, you can remove it from the stove and serve it after resting it at room temperature. Bon Appetit
