How to make:
Wash the salmon slices and transfer them to a colander to drain.
In a deep plate, mix the spices, olive oil, lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic and 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
Rub the salmon slices well with the mixture.
Cover the plate and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Put your salmon on the grill and cook both sides alternately.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until your salmon turns beige in color.
If you wish, turn your salmon a minute earlier to make sure it is cooked evenly.
When your salmon slices are cooked, place them on a serving plate.
