How to make:
First, chop the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into large pieces.
Remove the basil leaves and chop them finely. Then add garlic, olive oil and salt to the basil.
Add the mixture to the mozzarella cheese and tomatoes and mix well.
Finally, divide this mixture evenly over the bread and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the bread.
