Toasted Bread Breakfast Sauce

We have a recipe that will be the most delicious choice when you want breakfast or a snack on bread: Breakfast sauce! You will witness the slow cooking of tomatoes, peppers and onions into a delicious sauce. You can divide this delicious sauce into small jars and make it long-lasting.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg. tomato2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 capia peppers
  • 6 green peppers
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rock salt

How to make it?

Wash the tomatoes well, peel them and add them in a food processor and put them in a pot.

Turn on the heat and in the meantime, clean the peppers and add them to the pot along with the garlic. After the water is absorbed and starts to thicken, add the vinegar, olive oil and salt. Finely chop the parsley and add that too. After stirring once more, turn off the heat. Pour it hot into the sterilized jars, close the lid, turn it upside down and leave it like this until it cools down. After cooling, serve as you wish.
