Ingredients for Chickpea Pan with Olive Oil:
- 2 cups of boiled chickpeas
- Half a glass of Niz Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of isot
- 4 capia peppers (can be hot according to preference)
- 1 green pepper (can be hot according to preference)
- Rock salt
Preparation:
- First, chop the onion and peppers as finely as possible.
- After the chopping process is over, you can put the onion and peppers on your oven tray.
- Add boiled chickpeas, tomato paste, tomato paste, isot, rock salt and Niz Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the same tray, mix well and spread evenly all over the tray.
- After cooking in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, your chickpea pan is ready.
