Pan Fried Chickpeas with Olive Oil
2 cups boiled chickpeas
Half a glass of Niz Olive Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
4 red peppers (may be hot depending on preference)
1 green pepper (may be hot depending on preference)
First, chop the onion and pepper as finely as possible.
After the chopping process is completed, you can put the onion and peppers on your baking tray.
You can also add boiled chickpeas, tomato paste, isot, rock salt and Niz Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the same tray, mix well and spread evenly over the entire tray.
After baking in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, your pan fried chickpea with olive oil is ready.
