The story of Niz Olive is inseparable from the olive itself, the globally renowned fruit of the fertile lands where it was founded. The entrepreneurial spirit and deep affection for olives held by our leader, Berna Küçükkaya, have been a driving force in our journey to where we stand today. The value placed on olives by her father, industrialist Nebi Yorgun, formed the earliest roots of our brand long before its establishment. These roots grew even deeper when the vision of an industrialist who loved olives was carried forward by his daughter. Berna Küçükkaya spent her childhood among olive groves, and the little escapes she made from school during harvest season to visit the orchards are among the most heartwarming memories of this journey. The moment a small child inhaled the unique scent of olive oil that had endured for thousands of years, rising from the stone-press machines brought to her father’s factory for cleaning, became the guiding light for her future aspirations. While her friends tended colorful flowers, she chose to nurture olive saplings instead.
