This information notice has been prepared by NİZOLİVE LTD. ŞTİ. (“Company” or “Nizolive”), acting as the data controller, in order to inform you about the processing of your personal data pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. For What Purposes Are Your Personal Data Processed?

As Nizolive, we process your personal data within the scope of Articles 4, 5, and 6 of the KVKK for the following purposes:
Execution of order and sales processes
• Carrying out product/service sales
• Management of order, delivery, invoicing, and payment transactions
Customer relations and support services
• Receiving, evaluating, and resolving your requests, complaints, and suggestions
• Conducting customer satisfaction processes
Finance and accounting processes
• Carrying out collection, refund, and offset transactions related to product and service sales
• Issuance of e-invoices/e-archive invoices and similar documents required under tax legislation
• Issuance of corporate invoices using company title, tax office, tax ID, and similar information
• Fulfillment of statutory retention obligations
Logistics and supply processes
• Ensuring the delivery of products via cargo
• Execution of business relations with suppliers and service providers
Management of the website and digital channels
• Management of membership, contact, and request forms via the website
• Ensuring site security and system continuity (log records, IP data, etc.)
• Marketing and communication activities (if you provide explicit consent)
• Informing you about campaigns, promotions, discounts, and announcements

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

Within this scope, depending on the nature of the business relationship, all or some of the following categories of personal data may be processed:
Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish ID number (if necessary and required by legislation), nationality, tax ID number, company title, title of authorized person, etc.
Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, billing and delivery address, and similar contact/address details.
Customer Transaction Information: Membership and account details, order and purchase history, cart and preference details, return and exchange requests, corporate invoice requests, etc.
Financial Information: Payment amounts, invoice details, company details for corporate invoicing, and related accounting records (bank card data and verification information received via payment service providers, processed in compliance with laws and agreements and only to the required extent).
Transaction Security Information: IP address, log records, user transaction logs, session data, cookies, and data collected through similar technologies.
Visual/Audio Records: Camera recordings (if you visit our physical premises).
Other: Requests, complaints, suggestions, messages sent via call center or contact forms.

 

4. To Whom and For What Purposes Are Your Personal Data Transferred?

Your personal data may be transferred, in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and with the necessary security measures taken, to:

• Cargo and logistics companies (for order delivery)
• IT, infrastructure, e-mail, and SMS service providers
• Accounting and finance service providers
Authorized public institutions and organizations
• Tax Office, courts, enforcement offices, law enforcement, etc., within the scope of legal obligations and official requests
Independent audit firms and consultants

Your data may be shared only for the relevant purpose and in compliance with legislation.
If international data transfer is required, it will be based on your explicit consent or other legal grounds under the KVKK.

 

5. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected through:
• Membership, contact, request, and order forms completed via our website
• Phone, e-mail, social media, and other communication channels
• Physical forms, contracts, and invoicing processes
• Cargo and logistics delivery processes
• Camera recording systems when entering our physical premises
• Cookies and similar technologies used on our website

Personal data are collected automatically or non-automatically, verbally, in writing, or electronically.

Your personal data are processed based on the following legal grounds:

Explicitly stipulated in law (KVKK Art. 5/2-a)
• Necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (orders, sales, logistics, etc.) (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
• Necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations (accounting, tax, statutory retention periods, etc.) (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç)
• Necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (legal processes) (KVKK Art. 5/2-e)
• Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (information security, fraud prevention, internal audit, etc.) (KVKK Art. 5/2-f)
• Cases where explicit consent is provided (commercial electronic messages, specific marketing activities, etc.)

 

6. Retention Period of Your Personal Data

Your personal data are retained for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose of processing; after these periods end, they are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK.


  • Documents required to be retained under tax and commercial legislation are kept for the minimum periods of 5–10 years
    • Order and customer transactions are retained based on statutory limitation periods
    • Camera recordings are retained for reasonable periods depending on security needs
    • Marketing data based on explicit consent are retained until consent is withdrawn or for a reasonable period

 

7. Your Rights Under the K VKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to our Company and request the following regarding your personal data:

  1. To learn whether your personal data are processed
  2. To request information if they are processed
  3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used appropriately
  4. To learn the third parties to whom personal data are transferred within the country or abroad
  5. To request correction if personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately
  6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in the KVKK
  7. To request notification of actions taken pursuant to items (5) and (6) to third parties to whom data have been transferred
  8. To object to decisions made exclusively by automated systems that may negatively affect you
  9. To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data

 

8. How Can You Exercise Your Rights? (Application Method)

Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Board.

Your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on their nature. If your application requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

This information notice may be updated due to changes in legal regulations or the personal data processing activities of our Company. The updated notice will be valid as of its publication on [www.nizolive.com / relevant domain].
