Surprising Flavor Stuffed Figs with Olive Oil

How to make:

Firstly, blanch the figs in boiling water for 5 minutes and set aside to cool.

Meanwhile, fry the chopped onion in olive oil. Add the washed and drained rice and fry all the ingredients and spices together with the rice.

Add enough hot water to cover the roasted rice for 2-3 minutes, cover the lid and cook the pilaf.

After the pilaf is cooked and brewed well, cut the figs from the stem parts of the figs to make a lid and fill the figs with rice with the help of a teaspoon.
